From the bulk products we take on, we produce end products including e.g. raw materials for industrial applications (flux oil), semi-finished basic oil, naphtha, gas oil, fuel oil and pure bituminous raw materials. The production process is partly determined by the results of the acceptance and process analyses in our laboratory.
We have several production installations that can process both liquid and solid oil-containing substances.

For the processing of oil-containing fluids:
- automatic filters to remove coarse particles;
- decanters, centrifugal separators and heated settling-tanks for dehydration;
- atmospheric and vacuum distillation for the separation of water, naphtha and gas oil;
- thin-film evaporator to remove metals and other contaminants from the oil;
For the processing of oil-containing solids:
- thermal mechanical installation; here the fluids are evaporated from the solid input material and subsequently condensed again. The separated oil can then be put to use again as drilling lube or fuel.
